These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and the RV / campervan rental services provided by PureFlat Co., Ltd. through Hiroshima RV & Campervan Rental.
By using this website, making a reservation through this website, or renting a vehicle from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
About Our Service
Hiroshima RV & Campervan Rental provides RV and campervan rental services near Hiroshima Airport. Our services may include vehicle rental, airport pickup support, English support, route information, and other related assistance for travelers.
The details, availability, prices, and conditions of each vehicle may vary depending on the date, vehicle type, booking plan, season, and rental period.
Reservations
Reservations are made by submitting the booking request form on this website. Submitting the form is a request only. It does not reserve a vehicle and does not create a contract.
We will check availability and reply by email, normally within one business day. If a vehicle is available, we will send you a quotation covering the rental fee and any optional extras you have selected, together with a secure payment link.
A reservation is confirmed only after payment has been completed in full and we have issued a booking confirmation by email.
Please make sure that all information you provide when booking is accurate, including your name, contact details, rental dates, driver information, and number of passengers.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a reservation if the information provided is incomplete, incorrect, or if the customer does not meet the rental requirements.
Booking Confirmation
After your payment has been completed, you will receive a booking confirmation by email containing your booking details, the documents you need to bring, and pickup instructions for Hiroshima Airport. Please review the confirmation details carefully.
If you do not receive a confirmation, or if any information is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Submitting the booking request form does not count as a reservation and does not guarantee vehicle availability.
Driver Requirements
All drivers must have valid driving documents that allow them to drive in Japan. The required documents depend on the country or region where the driver’s license was issued.
Drivers must bring the original required documents when picking up the vehicle. Copies, photos, screenshots, or digital versions may not be accepted.
If you arrive without the required valid documents, we may not be able to rent the vehicle to you. In that case, cancellation fees or other charges may apply according to our Cancellation Policy and rental agreement.

Pickup and Return
Vehicle pickup and return must be completed at the agreed location and time shown in your booking confirmation or rental agreement.
If airport pickup or shuttle service is included, the meeting point and time will be confirmed before your rental.
Please arrive on time for pickup and return. If you are delayed, please contact us as soon as possible.
Late return may result in additional charges. If the vehicle is returned earlier than scheduled, no refund may be provided unless otherwise stated in your booking conditions.
Rental Period
The rental period is based on the dates and times shown in your booking confirmation and rental agreement.
Any extension of the rental period must be approved by us in advance. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and may require an additional booking or additional payment.
Unauthorized extension of the rental period may result in additional fees and may affect insurance coverage.
Prices and Payment
Rental prices are shown on this website. The total price for your rental, including any optional extras, will be confirmed in the quotation we send you by email.
Prices may vary depending on the vehicle, season, rental period, options, and availability.
Payment is made in full in advance, before the start of the rental period, using the secure payment link we provide. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your reservation is not secured until payment has been completed.
Additional charges may apply for optional items, late return, damage, cleaning, fuel, traffic violations, parking fees, tolls, lost items, lost keys, or other costs not included in the rental price.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation fees and change conditions are set out in our Cancellation Policy.
Please review the Cancellation Policy carefully before completing payment.
If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact us by email as early as possible.
Changes are subject to vehicle availability and may result in additional charges.
Use of the Vehicle
The vehicle must be used safely, legally, and responsibly. The customer must follow Japanese traffic laws, parking rules, campground rules, and all instructions provided by us.
The vehicle may only be driven by approved drivers who meet the rental requirements and are listed or confirmed for the reservation.
The customer is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period, including its equipment, interior, exterior, keys, documents, and accessories.
Prohibited Use
The vehicle must not be used for any illegal, dangerous, or unauthorized purpose.
Prohibited use includes, but is not limited to:
Driving without valid driving documents
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Dangerous or reckless driving
Allowing an unapproved person to drive
Smoking inside the vehicle
Carrying pets without permission
Using the vehicle for racing, off-road driving, or commercial transportation
Staying overnight in places where overnight parking is not allowed
Violating Japanese traffic laws or local rules
Using the vehicle in a way that may damage the vehicle, equipment, or interior
If prohibited use occurs, the customer may be responsible for all resulting costs, damages, penalties, and losses.
Traffic Rules, Parking, and Tolls
The customer is responsible for following all traffic laws in Japan.
The customer is responsible for all traffic violations, parking violations, toll road fees, parking fees, fines, penalties, and related administrative costs incurred during the rental period.
Please use only designated parking areas and permitted overnight stay locations. Do not park or stay overnight on streets, private property, convenience store parking lots, or other locations unless clearly allowed.
Fuel
Please use the correct fuel type for the vehicle. The fuel return rule will be explained in your rental agreement or at pickup.
If the vehicle must be returned with a full tank and is not returned as required, refueling charges may apply.
Insurance and Damage
Our vehicles include insurance coverage, but the coverage details, deductible, exclusions, and customer responsibility may vary depending on the rental plan and rental agreement.
Insurance may not cover all situations. Costs may not be covered in cases such as driving without valid documents, drunk driving, dangerous driving, unauthorized drivers, violation of the rental agreement, interior damage, lost keys, lost equipment, or failure to report an accident properly.
The customer may be responsible for deductibles, non-operation charges, repair costs, cleaning costs, towing costs, replacement costs, administrative fees, or other losses depending on the situation.
Please review the insurance details before booking and at pickup.
Accidents and Breakdowns
If an accident occurs, please stop the vehicle in a safe place first. If anyone is injured, call emergency services immediately.
You must contact the police by calling 110 and follow their instructions. Please do not leave the accident scene and do not make a private settlement with the other party.
After contacting the police, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the vehicle has a mechanical problem, flat tire, battery issue, or other trouble, please contact us immediately. We will guide you through the next steps.
Failure to report an accident, damage, or trouble properly may affect insurance coverage and may result in additional charges.
Vehicle Condition and Cleaning
Please treat the vehicle, equipment, and interior with care.
The vehicle must be returned in a reasonable condition. If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty, damaged, or with missing equipment, additional cleaning, repair, or replacement charges may apply.
Smoking is not allowed inside the vehicle.
Overnight Stays
Please stay overnight only at locations where vehicle overnight stays are allowed, such as RV parks, auto campgrounds, or other permitted locations.
The customer is responsible for checking and following the rules of each overnight location, campsite, parking area, or facility.
We may provide route suggestions or overnight stay information, but availability, rules, prices, and conditions of third-party locations may change. Please confirm directly with each facility before use.
Personal Belongings
The customer is responsible for their own personal belongings during the rental period.
We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Third-Party Services
Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your use of that payment service is subject to Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy.
This website may also include third-party services such as payment systems, maps, accommodations, campsites, restaurants, attractions, or external links.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, prices, rules, or services provided by third parties, except where required by applicable law.

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. However, prices, vehicle details, availability, services, routes, travel information, and facility information may change without notice.
The information on this website is provided for general guidance and may not include all rental conditions. The final rental conditions are based on your booking confirmation, rental agreement, insurance details, and any written instructions provided by us.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our rental services.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or our rental services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hiroshima District Court or Hiroshima Summary Court, Japan, as the court of first instance.
