All prices include Japanese consumption tax. The rates shown are our standard-season rates; prices vary by season and will be confirmed in your quotation.
Good to Know
Both vans are automatic transmission and run on regular gasoline.
All vehicles are non-smoking, and shoes off in the living area (Japanese style!).

We’ll check the vehicle and review your driving document requirements. We normally reply within one business day.
03. Receive Your Quote
We’ll email you the available campervan, total rental price, included services and any optional extras.
04. Pay Securely
If you’d like to proceed, we’ll send you a secure Stripe payment link. Your campervan is reserved after payment is completed.
05. Booking Confirmed
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your booking details, required documents and Hiroshima Airport pickup instructions.
Submitting the form does not confirm your reservation.
Your booking is confirmed only after payment and receipt of our confirmation email.

Is my booking confirmed when I submit the form?
No. Submitting the form is a booking request only.
We’ll check availability and send you the total price. Your booking is confirmed after payment is completed and you receive our confirmation email.
When will I receive a reply?
We normally reply within one business day.
Requests sent outside business hours or on Tuesdays will be answered on the next business day. Our business hours are 9:00 AM–6:00 PM JST.
How do I pay?
After confirming availability, we’ll send you a secure Stripe payment link by email.
Please do not send your credit card information by email or through the booking request form.
When is the campervan reserved for me?
The campervan is reserved after your payment is completed and we send you a booking confirmation email.
Availability may change until payment is completed.
What if my preferred campervan is unavailable?
We’ll suggest another campervan or alternative dates whenever possible.
Selecting “My dates are flexible” or “I’m open to another campervan” helps us find the best available option for your trip.
What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is 2 nights.
What driving documents do I need?
You’ll need your original driver’s license, passport, and either a valid 1949 Geneva Convention International Driving Permit or an official Japanese translation of your license, depending on the country that issued your license.

What is included in the rental price?
Every rental includes basic automobile insurance, unlimited mileage, free Hiroshima Airport transfer, a cooking kit, an ETC toll device and English support during your trip.
Expressway tolls, fuel and optional extras are not included unless stated otherwise in your quote.
Is a security deposit required?
No security deposit is currently required. Full payment is required before the booking is confirmed.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your booking.
Changes are subject to vehicle availability, and cancellations are handled according to our Cancellation Policy.
